Production Associate, Fill (10:45pm - 6:45am)

Baxter seeks a Production Associate for overnight fill operations at its Marion, North Carolina manufacturing facility. The role involves filling, labeling, and inspecting flexible containers of sterile solutions in a cleanroom environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Fill, assemble, and plug flexible containers with sterile solutions at production rates
- Print labeling and barcode information on containers using computerized equipment
- Inspect printed bags and components for quality standards compliance
- Perform and document scheduled cleaning and quality checks
- Report safety, quality, mechanical, or process discrepancies to supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic English written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematics
- One year manufacturing experience preferred
- Inspector Certification or ability to obtain it
- CRC Silver level certification preferred
Compensation: $19.90 per hour
