Route Sales Representative

Cold Front Distribution , a leading DSD supplier, provides products to grocery and retail supply chains with a 17-state regional geography. Our goal is to be a leader in every market we serve by exceeding the expectations of our customers and operating with the highest ethical standards . Job Requirements CDL preferred but not required! Monday through Friday – weekends off! Ensure accurate product deliveries to all retail accounts Must meet all DOT drug and alcohol and medical certification requirements Knowledge of DSD, retail food business practices, and operation of handheld device experience a PLUS but not required Environment varies while driving a company vehicle, delivering, moving and/or lifting product up 50lbs Qualified candidates must pass a post offer / pre – employment background check, DOT physical, drug screening and have a satisfactory MVR. PTO hours accrued on 1 st paycheck and available to use immediately Medical, Dental and Vision – available after 30 days of employment then 1 st of the following month. Life and Short Term/Long Term disability – 100% paid by company 401k Retirement package after 30 days - the company currently is matching 50% of what you want to contribute, up to 6% after 6 months of employment.
