Project Manager – Luxury Custom Homebuilding (Fort Worth, TX) We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of luxury custom homes from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented construction professional who excels at managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while delivering exceptional quality. What You’ll Do: Manage daily construction activities across luxury custom home projects. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and critical milestones. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field operations. Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and job site expectations are met. Identify and resolve project issues to prevent delays and cost overruns. Review plans, scopes, bids, and project details during preconstruction. Manage invoices, change orders, and cost tracking. Communicate regularly with clients and provide a professional building experience. Maintain accurate project documentation using Buildertrend and other systems. What We’re Looking For: 4–10 years of residential construction project management experience. Proven experience managing luxury custom home builds (required). Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, construction sequencing, and field coordination. Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization and attention to detail. Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms preferred. Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ability to work on-site in the Fort Worth area.
