Converting Supervisor

Position Title: Production (Converting) Supervisor Pay Rate: $69,500 - $92,600 Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Category/Shift: Salaried Full-Time Physical Location: Amarillo, TX The Job You Will Perform: * Interfaces with senior plant leadership to communicate production goals on a continuous basis. * Safety training, accident investigation, managing work schedules, counseling and coaching employees to exceed team goals and corrective action to address problems. * Responsible for the manufacturing processes and exceeding department goals through strong leadership and direction. * Must be willing to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift, with 2nd shift being the primary shift. The Skills You Will Bring: * High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree preferred or working toward degree achievement. * Minimum two years’ experience in manufacturing supervision with a concentration in corrugated industry. * Familiar with basic computer applications and the ability to learn additional business-related systems.
