Position: CNC MachinistLocation: Nazareth, PASIGN-ON BONUSASGCO engineers, manufactures, and distributes a wide array of conveyor and screening components, all specifically designed for the above-ground and underground mining, aggregate, cement, recycling, bulk shipping terminals, pulp and paper, food processing and other bulk material handling industries. We focus on providing exceptional products and service to our customers with the best solutions to their conveyor and screening material handling applications.Qualifications:8+ years of experienceExtensive knowledge of basic math, geometry, and measuring devices (caliper, micrometer, etc.)Extensive knowledge of Mazatrol Programming (turn & mill)Knowledge Manual lathe and milling machinesRead a variety of manuals, blueprints, and following prescribed formats with the ability to inform others and solve practical problemsAbility to set up & program milling machines and lathesMaintain accurate recordsStrong attention to detail and good interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environmentValid Driver's License to operate a company vehicleAbility to hold tolerancesCan lift up to 100lbs, bending, kneeling, reaching and standing for long periods of time, significant fine finer dexterityWorking Conditions:Frequently exposed to regulated noise, cold working conditions also exposed to smells that are within the guidelinesPossible exposure extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, toxic chemicals, fumes or airborne particlesWhile performing the duties of this job, you will be required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, work on elevated platforms, talk, hear and see.Personal protective equipment is required on a regular basis, which may include a hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, gloves and other required protective equipment as required.ASGCO promotes a drug/alcohol free work environment using mandatory pre-employment drug testing and on-going random drug testing.May be required to work overtime on as needed basisIs it Right for You?We are looking for reliable. highly motivated, qualified individuals with a good track record, someone looking for a future within the company, and are willing to put the time in.
