WHO YOU ARE The F-35 Training and Logistics Market Segment, Development and Modernization Program Manager leads the development of a key release for the F-35 Training Modernization portfolio. This is a challenging, high-visibility assignment focused on driving execution to deliver on critical schedule commitments. The Program Manager is responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the Training System development. The Program Manager will act as a primary customer interface (LM Aeronautics and the F-35 Joint Program Office) during the development phase. The Program Manager will manage program execution, staffing demand, risks and opportunities, and process improvement initiatives. The role includes working collaboratively across the F-35 Training Modernization portfolio to increase throughput for new capability delivery and minimize training system lifecycle costs.
