Construction Office Coordinator **Immediate Requirement****Onsite** Constellation Software Engineering (CSE) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Office Coordinator to join our team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide clerical and administrative support to construction management personnel.
- Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and communications between construction management staff and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to construction projects.
- Assist in furniture moves and support procurement package development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Experience in administrative support, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software and document management systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Final candidates may be subject to employment verification, education verification, professional reference checks, criminal background screening, security clearance verification, and/or suitability review, as permitted by applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Candidates are expected to provide accurate and complete information throughout the application and interview process.
