HELP CREATE AN EXCEPTIONAL PATIENT EXPERIENCE

VIBE Dental is an established, privately owned dental practice seeking a dependable, compassionate Dental Assistant who takes pride in excellent clinical support, teamwork, and patient care.

We provide comprehensive dentistry in a modern, growth-focused environment where clear communication, strong systems, and attention to detail matter. We are looking for someone who helps patients feel comfortable, anticipates the needs of the clinical team, and follows through consistently.

EFDA training or credentials are preferred, but not required. We are interested in the right person, including a motivated Dental Assistant who wants to continue developing their skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support Excellent Clinical Care

- Prepare operatories, instruments, materials, and equipment for scheduled procedures.

- Provide attentive chairside assistance during examinations and treatment.

- Anticipate the dentist's needs and help procedures run smoothly.

- Capture digital radiographs, scans, photographs, or other records when trained, credentialed, and authorized to do so.

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation as directed.

- Assist with impressions, temporary restorations, expanded functions, and other delegated duties when appropriately trained, credentialed, and permitted.

- Follow all applicable requirements and practice protocols for duties performed.

Maintain a Safe, Organized Clinical Environment

- Follow infection-control, sterilization, and safety protocols consistently.

- Turn over rooms efficiently and prepare them for the next patient.

- Keep clinical areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.

- Monitor supplies and communicate needs before they affect patient care.

- Help maintain equipment and report concerns promptly.

Support an Exceptional Patient Experience

- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.

- Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit.

- Listen carefully and communicate concerns to the dentist or appropriate team member.

- Reinforce pre-operative and post-operative instructions as directed by the treating dentist.

- Protect patient privacy and maintain professional boundaries.

- Help ensure every patient receives a consistent VIBE experience.

Work as Part of the Team

- Communicate clearly with dentists, hygienists, administrative team members, and other assistants.

- Support efficient patient flow and timely room readiness.

- Participate in morning huddles and team communication.

- Step in where appropriate to help the clinical day run smoothly.

- Take ownership, accept feedback professionally, and follow through on responsibilities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous dental assisting experience is preferred. EFDA training or credentials are preferred, but not required.

Experience in the following areas is valuable:

- General and comprehensive dental assisting.

- Chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry.

- Digital radiography.

- Infection control and instrument sterilization.

- Digital scanning and clinical photography.

- Restorative, crown and bridge, endodontic, surgical, implant, or cosmetic procedures.

- Clinical charting and documentation.

- Patient communication and education.

Familiarity with CEREC, CBCT, iTero, Dentrix, Oryx, or similar dental technology and practice-management systems is a plus.

Candidates must hold any certifications, permits, or credentials required for the duties they perform. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required.

SCHEDULE

This is a full-time, in-person position.

Please include your consistent weekly availability, including any weekend availability. The final schedule will be based on practice needs and mutually agreed employment terms.

Competitive compensation will be discussed privately with qualified candidates based on dental assisting experience, credentials, clinical skills, responsibilities, and overall fit.
