Membership Sales Manager

The Membership Sales Manager will own the membership sales pipeline—from a prospect’s first inquiry through membership conversion. The role combines dedicated sales and lead-management time with front desk coverage during select studio hours. You will meet prospective members, conduct tours and consultations, follow up with leads, sell memberships and packages, and support the daily operation of the studio. This is an in-person role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, confidently asking for the sale, and seeing measurable results from their work. Membership Sales and Lead Management Manage prospective members from initial inquiry through conversion. Respond promptly to phone, email, website, and walk-in inquiries. Follow up consistently with leads and trial participants. Conduct studio tours and membership consultations. Recommend memberships and packages based on each prospect’s needs. Re-engage inactive leads and former members. Maintain accurate sales and follow-up records in WellnessLiving. Work toward monthly membership and revenue goals. Member Experience and Studio Operations Provide friendly and professional front desk coverage during scheduled shifts. Welcome members and guests and create an exceptional first impression. Answer questions about NUBOXX classes, memberships, programs, and policies. Support member check-in, retail sales, and other daily studio needs.Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and guest-ready environment. Assist with events, promotions, and special projects as needed. Who We’re Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Naturally build relationships and enjoy meeting new people. Have experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, retail, or customer service. Are comfortable following up with leads and asking for the sale. Are motivated by goals, results, and performance-based compensation. Communicate professionally by phone, email, text, and in person. Are organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership. Enjoy working independently while collaborating with a small team. Have an interest in fitness, wellness, boxing, or community-building. Experience with boutique fitness sales, membership sales, CRM software, or WellnessLiving is a plus. Schedule Approximately 20 -25 hours per week Some schedule flexibility may be required based on studio needs, events, and promotions.
