Master's degree in speech-language pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a clinical fellowship year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

Current state licensure as a speech language pathologist.

Preferred certificate of clinical competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic life support (BLS) certification within 30 days of start date.
