We are seeking a Technology / Enterprise AI & Platform Administrator to join our forward‑thinking technology team. You will support stakeholders across multiple locations, helping the organization adopt and manage emerging AI capabilities while maintaining strong security, compliance, and platform reliability. This position requires a proactive, collaborative professional who can balance fast‑paced problem solving with disciplined administration and clear communication. You will play a key role in shaping how Farm Credit East leverages Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and related technologies to drive efficiency, insight, and exceptional customer service. • AI Agent Lifecycle & Availability
• SharePoint & Active Directory Administration
• Reporting & Metrics
• Governance, Security & Compliance

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related field with solid understanding of computer and business process skills specific to a financial institution
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Active Directory
• Strong understanding of AI agent lifecycle management, environment configuration, and security best practices
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams
• Experience generating operational reports, metrics, and KPIs
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI prompt engineering, or enterprise AI governance
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Graph, or RAG‑based architectures
• Knowledge of M365 security controls, DLP, Conditional Access, and compliance frameworks
• Experience with Power Platform ALM, DevOps pipelines, or Git‑based version control
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MS‑102, PL‑300, PL‑600, AZ‑900, AI‑900)
• Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services

We offer hybrid work options after two weeks of employment with Farm Credit East. Hybrid work options are determined based on job role and balancing the needs of the customers, the team, and individual work performance. This will be reviewed based on manager discretion.
