Are you a skilled handyman looking for steady, rewarding work with a company that values you?
We’re searching for a reliable and experienced handyman to join our team and help maintain a portfolio of nearly 300 properties in the Columbia area.
What You’ll Do:
- Tackle everyday repairs like clogged sinks, leaky faucets, or broken locks
- Carpentry jobs: door repairs, trim installation, and more
- Basic electrical: swap GFCIs, outlets, and light fixtures
- Painting touch-ups and drywall repairs
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Earn You Even More!):
- HVAC certification? Get paid more AND unlock special bonuses!
- Plumbing certification? Big pay bump and extra bonuses!
- Electrical certification is a plus, too!
What You Need:
- Your own reliable transportation for getting between properties
- Basic tools (we’ll supply any specialty tools you need)
- Great attitude and solid troubleshooting skills
