This position services and installs commercial carpentry components, hardware, flooring, ceiling systems, and electronic locking systems. The incumbent diagnoses and troubleshoots problems, performs appropriate repairs, and applies thorough knowledge of applicable codes, industry work practices, and safety standards. Knowledge of techniques, methods, and practices of designated trades. Skill in use of tools and equipment. Ability to read, understand and interpret plans and specifications.
