What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care

Educate patients and help them feel comfortable and confident in their oral health

Build strong relationships with patients through compassionate care

Partner closely with the doctor and clinical team to support comprehensive treatment

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and digital charting

Help create an efficient, smooth-flowing patient experience

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

Active Pennsylvania RDH license (required)

1–3 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong communication and patient education skills

Attention to detail and strong clinical judgment

Comfortable with technology and digital systems

A positive, dependable, team-first mindset

Someone who values professionalism, consistency, and compassionate patient care
