• Experience: 2+ years in OR, Robotics, Neuro, Plastics, Ortho Surgery; Cardiovascular experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in a busy surgical setting
• Assist with a variety of surgeries including robotics, neuro, plastics, orthopedics, and cardiovascular procedures
• Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgery
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff to ensure patient safety
• Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for procedures
• Maintain adherence to safety and compliance standards
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend shifts as required

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Louisiana nursing license or ability to obtain licensure
• BLS certification (required)
• At least 2 years of OR nursing experience
• Experience with robotics, neuro, plastics, and orthopedics surgery preferred
• Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule and on-call shifts until 7 PM Monday-Thursday, including Friday night call

Preferred:

• ACLS certification
• Experience in cardiovascular surgery
