Relief Pharmacist - #791 Baudette, MN Thrifty White Pharmacy is an employee‑owned mid‑size pharmacy chain committed to rural Midwest communities. This position is not for those who only wish to fill scripts; pharmacists here practice at the top of their license and provide a range of clinical services. Primary Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service, building loyalty and repeat business. Champion Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx and assist with enrolling patients. Lead the team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards in patient service. Structure and organize workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services. Develop and follow up on long‑term care business through immediate communication and attention to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences. Identify long‑term care and specialty business opportunities and communicate them with marketers. Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services. Physical Demands Employees may spend long periods standing, talk and hear, use hands and fingers, handle tools or controls, and reach with hands and arms. They must occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, color, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Qualifications Pharmacy license, or ability to obtain a license without federal sanctions. PharmD or MTM Certification (provide certificate from approved ACPE program).
