Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to meet guest needs and maintain comfort standards
- Perform routine cleaning of public areas including hallways, lobbies, and elevators to uphold cleanliness throughout the property
- Follow established safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly
- Maintain an organized cleaning cart and supplies to ensure efficiency during shifts
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation policies to provide a safe environment for everyone
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles within commercial or hospitality settings is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move comfortably for extended periods during shifts
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled timeframes
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues accurately
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures is advantageous
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
