Intake Coordinator for Carports Anywhere

Carports Anywhere is expanding, and were looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is critical to our sales and operations success ensuring incoming leads are handled quickly, accurately, and professionally.

What Youll Do

• Respond to inbound calls, website inquiries, and email leads

• Gather and verify customer project details (dimensions, location, specifications)

• Enter and manage accurate data in our CRM system

• Schedule consultations and route qualified leads to Sales

• Communicate next steps clearly to customers

• Ensure all documentation is complete before order submission

• Support sales and operations with administrative follow-up

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service, administrative, or inside sales experience

• Strong communication skills (phone and email)

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability

• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in construction, home improvement, or building materials

• Familiarity with permitting or zoning basics

• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
