Manufacturing Technician (G-Project)

Pay Rate $16.00 – $22.00 per hour Work Shifts Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Duties and Responsibilities Quality: Ensure proper manufacturing, handling, testing, failure analysis, and repair of products, striving for the highest quality standards. Production Support: Coordinate production steps, testing, and repair activities with the production group leader or supervisor to meet production targets. Customer Focus: Recognize the importance of internal and external customers and consistently work to deliver the best product and service. Orderliness: Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace to ensure safety, including end-of-shift cleanup and proper maintenance of equipment. Maintenance: Perform daily maintenance on assigned equipment and monitor stock levels of spare parts and consumables. Reporting: Record relevant shift events and prepare required reports at the end of each shift. Attitude: Maintain a positive, flexible, and cooperative attitude to support production goals. Work Attire: Wear required protective clothing and safety equipment (e.g., ESD garments, safety glasses, earplugs). Punctuality: Arrive on time, ready to work at the start of the shift. Overtime: Work overtime as needed in accordance with labor regulations and employer instructions. Scope of Authority Decision-Making: Report any issues to the immediate supervisor. Communication: Communicate with the supervisor as required. Qualifications and Experience Minimum one year of experience in a similar role or CNT production High school diploma required; higher education is a plus Primary Skills Basic technical knowledge and aptitude for operating production equipment Thorough understanding of production processes Strong communication skills across all organizational levels Organizational skills, reliability, and ability to delegate Ability to prioritize and make decisions Willingness to work shifts and perform overtime Positive attitude and adaptability to temporary roles as needed Team-oriented and fit for shift work #J-18808-Ljbffr Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII
