Paralegal - Personal Injury

Our Law Firm is growing and currently seeking experienced Paralegals in the areas of Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation claims. We are ready to hire as soon as we find the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Our Paralegals are responsible for managing and handling all aspects of client files, including working with third-party professionals, direct client interaction, drafting documents, pleadings, motions, etc., and the ability to manage a matter from engagement through closing, without needing constant supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a personal injury paralegal in a law firm;
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Experience managing a full case load, handling personal injury matters from beginning to end.

Skills and experience are required, appreciated, and valued, but personality, character, intelligence, and integrity will be paramount considerations. High-maintenance, humorless, self-entitled, or self-important individuals will not succeed in this position and need not apply.
