Senior Pursuit Coordinator

Senior Pursuit Coordinator Location: Phoenix, AZ, US / Overland Park, KS, US The Opportunity As a Senior Pursuit Coordinator, you will work with limited guidance and supervision. This role coordinates standard (for the market) pursuit efforts, including reviewing and interpreting complicated client requirement documents. The position coordinates pursuit teams of all sizes using identified strategies, driving schedules while maintaining quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Coordinate pursuits of moderate complexity. In addition to duties identified at the PUR 14 level. Support pre-proposal activities like SOQ's, resumes, project sheets, org charts and similar information. Lead pursuit team meetings and review process. Coordinate all pursuit content, drafting tailored non-technical content, and coordinate technical and subcontractor content. Assist technical staff with developing content in alignment with the identified approach and/or strategy. Support multiple pursuit efforts concurrently. Coordinate and/or develop interview presentations and associated handouts. Download and share RFP/bid documents from client specific portals. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience. 2+ years related experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
