Matrix Home Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for ongoing night shift coverage for a home care case in the Opa-Locka/Miami area. This is a private duty nursing opportunity for nurses who are comfortable providing skilled, one-on-one care in the home setting during overnight hours. We need at least 3 nurses to help cover the night shift schedule. Location: Opa-Locka, Miami, FL Rate: $48/hour weekday rate Requirements Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Current CPR/BLS certification Previous home care or private duty nursing experience preferred Reliable transportation Availability to work 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM weekday night shifts Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care Weekly pay via direct deposit Supportive clinical leadership One-on-one patient care in the home setting Potential for additional shifts based on availability and case needs Under Florida law, this role is subject to background screening per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes, including fingerprinting and review for eligibility before employment.
