NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. WhatYou’llDo: Provideindividual, couples, family, and/or group therapy Conductintake assessmentsand determineappropriate levelsof care Developpersonalized treatment plansthat create real change Coordinate care withfamilies, medical providers, and community partners Maintain documentation in ouruser-friendly EHR system Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed Providecrisis intervention and therapeutic supportwhen necessary Who You Are: Have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus! Able to work in one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. • 50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
• 55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
• 65-$70/hour for independent license
