About the Role

The Company is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President to join its Business Services team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the execution of M&A transactions, client management, business development, and mentorship of junior bankers. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day transaction activities, serving as the primary point of coordination among various stakeholders, developing and reviewing financial models and transaction materials, managing due diligence processes, and supporting business development initiatives. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, participating in client meetings, and ensuring efficient transaction processes. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with approximately 7 years' of investment banking experience, or 4 years' post-MBA experience. A strong track record in M&A execution, particularly in sell-side advisory, is essential, as is expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and client-management skills. Experience in mentoring and a background in business services or related sectors are also highly valued.
