Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Remote(U.S.-based required) — School located in Maryland
Position Type: Contract(1099)
Schedule: Full Timepreferred (30–40 Hours/Week)
Compensation: $45–$55/Hour,paid weekly
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified andmotivated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-qualityteletherapy services to students in an educational environment in Maryland.This is a fully remote, independent contractor (1099) position offeringflexibility and autonomy while supporting student success in communication andlearning.
Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments andevaluations for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program(IEP) goals and treatment plans
• Provide engaging teletherapy sessions aligned witheducational standards
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation inaccordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, andfamilies
• Monitor student progress and participate in virtual IEPmeetings as needed
Qualifications
• Maryland SLP License (Must be licensed in state ofresidence if outside of Maryland)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology orCommunication Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in school-based settings stronglypreferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and educationalcompliance requirements
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate technologyfor virtual service delivery
