Who We Are Located in Culver City, ACCESS LA is a referral hospital with 24‑hour emergency services, where technicians encounter all types of cases when working closely with some of the most qualified doctors in the country. We have numerous specialty departments and our techs may work with exotic animals, advanced operating rooms, orthopedic surgeries, MRI, etc. It’s a high‑paced, renowned animal hospital where you’ll love caring for sick or injured animals. Role Responsibilities Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients. Assist veterinarians and the medical team to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow. Assist with MRI, CT scans, spinal taps, and EEGs. Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Thrive Membership options, medications, and additional treatments. Assist in maintaining relevant, comprehensive medical records with the support of practice systems. Obtain relevant health history and information from clients and maintain medical charts. Use safe restraining techniques, follow standard protocols, and sustain clean, sterile, organized treatment areas, exam rooms, and labs. Be willing to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members. Experience & Skills Requirements Must have an understanding of anesthesia protocols including pre‑anesthetic assessments, drug dosages, and post‑anesthesia care, preferably advanced cases. Proficiency in monitoring equipment, administering anesthesia, and responding to anesthesia‑related emergencies. Attention to detail, ensuring precise dosages, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining detailed patient records. Desire to offer superior patient care. Positive work attitude. Flexible schedule.
