Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Work a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, with a diverse caseload to be determined upon assignment.

What you’ll bring:

• Active SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY licensure (Colorado or eligibility to transfer)
• Previous experience in K-12 school settings is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families
• Knowledge of IEP processes, speech/language evaluations, and therapy best practices
• Organizational talent for managing multiple student needs and documentation
• Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs for students requiring speech-language support
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to a varied caseload
• Work closely with educators, administrators, and parents to promote student progress
• Monitor and report on student outcomes, tracking progress toward IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Participate in team meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices
