Contract Manager

To support a leading organization in the technology and public sector contracting industry, the part-time Contract Manager will manage negotiations for Canadian channel partners and U.S. customers, provide pre and post-contracting support, and ensure compliance through contract drafting and documentation in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead negotiations for Canadian channel partners, government accounts, and selected U.S. SLED and commercial customers Provide pre and post-contracting support, including assistance with renewals and managing NDAs and non-standard agreements Draft, review, and maintain contracts while ensuring compliance and proper documentation in the DocuSign repository Required qualifications 5-8 years of experience in contract management, negotiation, or legal operations Strong understanding of commercial and public sector contracting processes Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and contract drafting skills Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams Experience supporting Quebec-based customers and proficiency in French language skills are strongly preferred
