Project Manager - Commercial, WRAP, Construction

We are seeking project managers to join our growing team in the Springfield area. This role supports a variety of commercial and infrastructure construction projects and offers steady work, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily construction activities on active job sites
Perform general labor duties including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Support skilled trades and equipment operators as needed
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

Prior construction experience preferred, but not required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Reliable transportation to job sites
