Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily construction activities on active job sites
• Perform general labor duties including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Support skilled trades and equipment operators as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Prior construction experience preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Reliable transportation to job sites
