The Child Care Sales role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with clients interested in child care products and services. This position involves driving sales growth through effective lead generation, customer needs assessment, and delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to the child care market.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and generate sales leads specific to child care products and services
- Manage ongoing customer relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations highlighting product benefits and features
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning
- Ensure timely follow-up communication with prospective and existing clients
- Prepare accurate sales reports and track sales performance metrics
- Assess customer needs to provide tailored solutions and price quotations
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively address client questions
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Skilled in sales negotiation and presenting solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Experience with market analysis and customer service
- Excellent problem-solving skills and team collaboration
