Job Description

• 
  Develop conceptual and detailed estimates.
  
  



• 
  Analyze plans, specifications, and bid documents.
  
  



• 
  Solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing.
  
  



• 
  Perform quantity takeoffs.
  
  



• 
  Participate in value engineering efforts.
  
  



• 
  Support proposal development and bid submissions.
  
  



• 
  Collaborate closely with operations teams during project transitions.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• 
  5+ years of construction estimating experience.
  
  



• 
  Ground up project experience strongly preferred.
  
  



• 
  Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, and estimating software.
  
  



• 
  Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  
  



• 
  Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
