Job Summary The Sleep Expert enhances the in‑store customer experience, offering expert sleep guidance and product knowledge to drive sales while supporting a seamless omnichannel approach. Responsibilities Elevate and enhance the customer’s in‑store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority. Provide technical and product knowledge to customers, acting as a subject‑matter expert. Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and support a unified omnichannel experience. Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) while demonstrating company values. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, addressing issues and sending delivery reminders. Monitor competitor advertising and services to keep the store competitive. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as required for product handling and set‑up. Compensation Competitive pay range of $60,000 to $72,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Eligible leadership and individual contributor roles may have additional bonus opportunities. Base pay or uncapped commission is available.
