Sleep Expert - Sales

Responsibilities Elevate and enhance the customer’s in‑store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority. Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject‑matter expert. Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving issues and sending delivery reminders as needed. Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives. Maintain awareness of competitors, their advertisements, and services. Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales. Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as required by the role. Qualifications California resident (or location‑specific requirement). Physical ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds. Legal authorization to work in the United States without needing sponsorship. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States must be provided.
