Enterprise Performance is responsible for enabling and improving program performance across Missiles and Fire Control Lines of Businesses and drive key MFC and Enterprise initiatives.This role Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.What You Will be DoingAs the Project Management & Planning Operations Rep, you will support Enterprise Performance across multiple Lines of Business, driving key MFC and enterprise initiatives. Your duties include coordinating independent reviews, preparing leadership‑level materials, tracking actions and deliverables, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure commitments are met. You will also contribute to program‑management training and professional‑development efforts.
