As one of the largest real estate services companies, we provide management and development expertise exclusively for properties owned by Brookfield Asset Management. This role will assist with insured claims & litigation for sectors including Office, Multifamily, Hospitality and Logistics.Role & Responsibilities:Monitor status of claims and update litigation database and electronic filesGather information needed to defend litigationAssist with written discovery responsesRespond to routine subpoenasCoordinate information collection between outside counsel and field personnelManage legal hold process for assigned claimsPrepare reports and statuses as requestedAdditional projects and duties as assignedOther duties may be assignedYour Career @ Brookfield :At Brookfield, your career progression is important to us.
