Content Specialist

As of October 8th, a leading law firm, is seeking a Litigation, Experience & Content Specialist to join its Business Development team. This role will work closely with attorneys and the wider Business Development team, responsible for: Responsibilities: Maintaining and updating matter records within the firm’s experience database. Drafting and editing matter descriptions, representative experience lists, and case summaries for pitches, proposals, and RFPs. Preparing tailored experience lists and assist with pitch and proposal materials. Supporting legal directory submissions. Collaborating across multiple departments to maintain accurate and consistent experience content. Reviewing matter restrictions and ensure content complies with confidentiality and ethical guidelines. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience preferably in a law firm. Strong knowledge of legal terminology, case lifecycles, and court processes. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Experience with CRM or experience management systems preferred, such as Salesforce or Foundation. Proficiency with generative AI tools for drafting, summarizing, and content transformation.
