The Bistro Dinner Server/Bartender at the Courtyard by Marriott in Collegeville is responsible for combining roles in food/drink service and customer interaction! This is an all in one position to give our guests the full experience.

Employment Type: Part-time, 2-3 days per week

Work Schedule: We are looking for someone flexible to work both weekdays and weekends

Sunday-Thursdays: 4:30pm-11:00pm (occasional extension until 1am if bar is extended until 12am on Sundays- advanced notice is given)

Friday-Saturdays: Hours will vary; 4:30pm-11:00pm OR 4:30pm-3:00am Or 9:00pm-3:00am

Extended bar hours for weddings most weekends, second bartender arrives at 9pm. Bars are rotated between team members as desired- MAJOR TIPS!

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour plus daily tips

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve food and drinks according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness in the bistro area
• Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Basic bartending experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment alone and along side other team members
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
