Adminstrative Assistant

Now hiring for a Greenfield Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities Process and track weekly crew timesheets Provide general administrative support on the job site Answer and make phone calls Maintain office and trailer supplies Assist with purchase orders as needed Organize paperwork and project documentation Support project managers and superintendents Qualifications Previous administrative support experience Basic Microsoft Office skills Strong organization and attention to detail Good communication and follow-up skills Construction or skilled trades experience preferred but not required This position is in office, Monday-Friday.
