Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in El Paso, TX. This role involves providing exceptional and compassionate care to a diverse range of patients in a dynamic ER environment.

• Triage, assess, and stabilize patients with urgent medical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and their families clearly about care plans and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and document findings accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Follow evidence-based protocols to ensure high-quality care.
• Engage in quality improvement and safety initiatives within the department.

• Current RN license in the state of Texas.
• Experience in critical care or emergency nursing is preferred.
• Ability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Strong commitment to community-oriented and collaborative healthcare practices.
