Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
Our organization is in search of a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional, evidence-based healthcare within our comprehensive hospital located in El Paso, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care across various medical-surgical and specialty departments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement and community wellness initiatives.
- Provide patient education to enhance understanding and compliance.
- Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of empathy and safety.
