What this job involves:The AMER Supplier Performance Manager supports Work Dynamics sourcing and procurement activities by delivering data-driven insights, market analysis, and supplier support across real estate, facilities, and workplace services. You will report into the Global Supplier Performance Management Lead and partner closely with sourcing managers and stakeholders to enable informed commercial decisions and drive cost, risk, and performance outcomes. This role requires you to own and lead the development of quarterly AMER Area SPM Papers in partnership with IFM/Programs teams, manage supplier scorecard development and implementation in Jaggaer, and maintain technical proficiency in multiple JLL technologies supporting the sourcing team for Amazon GREF account. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Amazon GREF global supplier performance management program by organizing and completing quarterly white papers, reviewing contract KPIs, collaborating with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring data accuracy and visibility through dashboard and report maintenance. Your ability to work with FM Operations and Program teams to support regular vendor performance reviews and implement improvement plans is essential to success in this role.What your day-to-day will look like:Support Amazon GREF global supplier performance management programOwn and lead the development of quarterly AMER Area SPM Papers in partnership with IFM/Programs teams and facilitate paper reads among internal and client stakeholdersManage AMER supplier scorecard development, implementation, and distribution in JaggaerManage supplier and IFM/Programs team training on scoringOrganize, construct, and complete the AMER portion of the global quarterly supplier performance management white paper released no later than 45 days after the quarter endsWork with AMER IFM/Programs teams to obtain supplier performance qualitative feedbackDevelop creative solutions for collecting supplier performance data and presenting performance results to the clientMaintain technical proficiency in Jaggaer, Corrigo, and other JLL technologies supporting the sourcing team for Amazon GREF accountReview Principal and Managed Agent contract KPIs, including scorecard metrics and measurement, ensuring alignment with client vendor performance programWork with FM Operations and Program teams to support regular vendor performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessaryWork with vendor management teams to ensure supplier performance escalations follow the Corrective Action Plan methodology, ensuring a consistent, measurable approach to improvement and mitigation of poor performanceCollaborate with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction opportunitiesParticipate and provide leadership to strategic supplier performance reviewsMaintain SPM dashboards, reports, and databases to ensure data accuracy and visibilityOwn the review of contractual KPIs for accuracy and completion, ensuring they are in active and compliant statusAssist with contract documentation and sourcing governance processesSubmit quarterly supplier spend reports for AMER and CAN via supplier.ioRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in Supplier Management, Relationship Management or related ProcurementStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SmartsheetAbility to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills in English and strong executive presenceExcellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, and strong analytical abilityProven ability to lead teams in decentralized environmentResults driven with ability to generate new ideas, swiftly take action to eliminate unproductive activities, and clarify prioritiesStrong accountability with ability to own activities, processes, and results while quickly identifying and engaging the right peopleCollaborative approach with ability to work with others to form common goals and interests and create game-changing solutionsStrong commitment to mutual respect, trust, integrity and ethicsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Power BI or similar analytical toolsExperience supporting global or regional sourcing initiativesFamiliarity with facilities management, real estate, or professional services categoriesDetail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindsetExperience with Jaggaer, Corrigo, or similar procurement and facilities management platformsBackground in vendor performance management and continuous improvement methodologiesLocation: On-siteIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
