Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care for obstetric and gynecologic patients using the nursing process and established standards of care
- Assess needs, plan and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient status, and document outcomes
- Monitor fetal status, administer medications, and support labor, delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, lactation consultants, and other disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Supervise and direct activities of licensed and ancillary nursing staff, delegating tasks per policy
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, and accurate clinical documentation; support smooth care transitions and discharges

Requirements
- Active RN license to practice in California (or eligible as applicable)
- 12-hour night shift availability and ability to work the stated schedule
- OB/GYN nursing experience or strong clinical exposure in obstetrics/gynecology preferred
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary care environment and to meet travel assignment requirements
