Compensation & Growth Path

This is a part-time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends , Autheo , and the WFO Creator Network , along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales, or funding.

ROLE: VP of Exchanges & Token Markets — Autheo Internet Operating System | Live Markets, Next Listings & Liquidity

About the Role

Autheo is recruiting an elite VP of Exchanges to own every external market THEO trades on, and the next ones it does not yet trade on.

The first listings are done. THEO/USDT is live on MEXC. THEO/USDC is live on Hydrex on Base. THEO/USDG and THEO/NVDA are live on Uniswap on Robinhood Chain. Enflux is the liquidity partner across those venues. ApeBond was engaged for an on-chain OTC bond program around the Hydrex TGE. This is not a pre-listing seat.

You will run the exchange book that already exists, and open the next one. That means post-listing management on MEXC, Hydrex, and Robinhood Chain; the pipeline into the next centralized venues; market-maker coverage so price does not fracture across order book and AMM; deposit, withdrawal, and contract-verification discipline; and the compliance file each new venue will ask for.

A separate seat, Head of Markets / DEX GM, designs and ships Autheo’s own spot and perpetual venue for crypto, infrastructure, RWA, and agent markets. You do not build that book. You list THEO, keep the live venues healthy, and hand the GM a clean external-market footprint to build beside. If a candidate wants to design matching, margin, and an insurance fund, they are applying to the wrong role.

You will coordinate with Legal, Marketing, Treasury, and the DEX GM. You will not own Autheo’s matching engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the live venue set: MEXC (THEO/USDT), Hydrex on Base (THEO/USDC), Uniswap on Robinhood Chain (THEO/USDG and THEO/NVDA)
• Run post-listing management: deposits and withdrawals, contract verification, trading-pair health, announcement discipline, and a single public source of truth at autheo.com/token-launch
• Keep one liquidity strategy across CEX and DEX. Enflux already supports THEO on MEXC, Base, and Robinhood Chain. You hold that coverage to a standard: spread, depth, inventory, and a price that does not diverge across books
• Build the next-listing pipeline. Priority is venues that add real distribution after MEXC, not a logo list. Each target gets a requirement sheet, a compliance pack, a liquidity plan, and a go / no-go
• Prepare exchanges for what Autheo actually is: Layer-0 OS, Mainnet, native THEO deposits on Autheo, bridged representations on Base and Robinhood Chain, TheoID, compute, and agent markets. Wrong contract, wrong chain, or a lookalike ticker is an incident, not a marketing miss
• Coordinate AML/KYC, listing questionnaires, and cross-border restrictions with Legal. You do not invent a regulatory opinion
• Oversee circulating-supply, unlock, and market-maker reporting so Treasury and Marketing are not surprised by a venue
• Manage the MEXC Airdrop+ window and any successor campaign against the venue’s own terms. Autheo does not rewrite those terms
• Draw the line with the Head of Markets / DEX GM: external THEO listings stay here; the Autheo order book, infra perps, RWA perps, and agent markets stay there
• Report listing milestones, liquidity exceptions, and the next three venue decisions to leadership

Requirements — Must Have

• Has taken a token from term sheet to live trading on at least one centralized exchange, and managed it after the open
• Knows listing pipelines, technical integration, market-maker mandates, and what a venue rejects a file for
• Can read an order book. Spread, depth, and a broken cross-venue price are operational problems, not a weekly slide
• Will keep contract addresses, chain IDs, and deposit networks exact. Autheo Mainnet, Base, and Robinhood Chain are not interchangeable
• Can work with Legal on questionnaires and geo-restrictions without freelancing the answer
• Will run a live book before salary normalizes, and will not try to absorb the DEX GM seat

Nice to Have

• Time inside a major centralized exchange in listings, token ops, or markets compliance
• A second and third live listing, including at least one DEX pool launch with a named liquidity partner
• Existing coverage at market-makers and at the venues still ahead of Autheo
• Familiarity with native-versus-bridged token listings, and with stock-token pairs of the THEO/NVDA type
• Understanding of Layer-0 networks, DID, or post-quantum identity well enough to brief an exchange diligence team

Auto-reject

• Has only advised on listings and has never opened a pair
• Wants to design Autheo’s perp engine, margin, or insurance fund. That is the Head of Markets / DEX GM seat
• Treats “Binance, Coinbase, OKX” as a strategy rather than a pipeline with owners and dates
• Cannot explain the difference between native THEO on Autheo Mainnet and the bridged representations on Base and Robinhood Chain

First 90-Day Deliverables

• Live-venue operating pack: MEXC, Hydrex, Uniswap on Robinhood Chain, with owner, contract, deposit network, liquidity coverage, and escalation path
• Cross-venue liquidity standard agreed with Enflux: spread, depth, inventory, and what triggers a call
• Next-listing pipeline of three named venues, each with requirements, compliance status, liquidity plan, and a go / no-go date
• Contract-and-chain verification checklist wired to autheo.com/token-launch, so a wrong address cannot ship in an announcement
• Written boundary with the Head of Markets / DEX GM: what this seat lists, what that seat builds
• One completed diligence pack ready for the next venue, not a template

About Our Organization

Autheo is building the Internet operating system: a decentralized coordination layer for the Web, blockchain, and AI agents. The platform uses W3C Decentralized Identifiers as its native identity framework and is anchored by a post-quantum communications and identity roadmap on NIST-standardized cryptography. • Equity cofounder, not a contractor seat. You join the same model as the rest of the collective: equity in Launch Legends, Autheo, and the WFO Creator Network, plus THEO allocation, with salary expected to follow node, token, or funding milestones.
