Key Qualifications:

• Active New York State SLP license
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development, goal-setting, and progress monitoring
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations for school-based services

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver high-quality therapy for students with a variety of speech and language needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Document session notes, prepare timely progress reports, and maintain accurate records
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support holistic student growth
