Graphic Designer

Becton Dickinson seeks a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visual assets for marketing, digital, and print platforms while managing production tasks. The role supports a creative team in a regulated medical device environment requiring strong organizational skills and design proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and internal communications
• Maintain brand guideline consistency across all design deliverables and assets
• Organize and manage design files, templates, and assets with proper version control
• Prepare and submit digital banner ads with proper resizing and formatting
• Coordinate print production including quote requests, file preparation, and vendor delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field; equivalent experience acceptable
• Minimum 2 years of experience with strong design portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, and color fundamentals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
• Excellent organizational skills and methodical approach to work
• Strong communication and time management abilities
• Familiarity with print production files and vendor coordination preferred
• Basic understanding of digital ad specifications and formats preferred
