Assistant Professor, Pediatric Otolaryngology Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery is recruiting a fellowship‑trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join an expanding faculty. Overview The position involves clinical care for pediatric and adult patients with complex pathology, participation in clinical outcomes research, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences. Responsibilities Provide high‑level clinical care to pediatric and adult patients in a busy practice. Engage in clinical outcomes research and contribute to a rapidly growing research enterprise. Perform academic duties, including teaching, mentoring, and scholarly activities. Qualifications Medical Degree (MD or DO) with fellowship training in pediatric otolaryngology. Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology (preferred). Demonstrated clinical and academic performance at a high level. Experience in clinical outcomes research highly desired. Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Salary Competitive salary range: $144,413 – $563,131, commensurate with experience, training, and demonstrated performance.
