Trial Attorney Location: Colorado Springs, CO Dedicated to excellence in trial advocacy, client-focused representation, and maintaining a balanced approach to the practice of law. A boutique trial practice specializing in medical litigation defense and healthcare law is seeking a skilled Trial Attorney to join its team. The attorney will handle complex litigation matters throughout Colorado and Wyoming, working closely with clients and experts to develop case strategies and achieve successful outcomes.

- Meet with clients and experts to evaluate cases and develop legal strategies
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal analyses
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Manage disclosures and discovery processes
- Take and defend lay and expert witness depositions
- Prepare for court conferences, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Represent clients through all phases of litigation, including jury trials
- Provide exceptional legal representation while maintaining strong client relationships
- Strives for excellence in legal work product and client service
- Demonstrates strong analytical ability, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Communicates with confidence while maintaining humility and respect
- Values integrity, collaboration, and teamwork
- Maintains a strong work ethic while prioritizing a healthy work-life balance
- Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 annually, depending on experience
