Qualifications 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen. Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience. Experience leading teams and driving operational performance. Financial management skills—budgets, revenue, costs. Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred. Experience requirements waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program.
