Senior Solution Advisor – SLED & Utilities As a Senior Solution Advisor, you report to the Director of Solution Advisory and lead complex technical evaluations for SLED and Utilities customers, translating mission‑critical business challenges into high‑impact WalkMe solutions. Your role involves operating as a senior technical advisor, driving executive‑level discovery, and influencing solution strategy across long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles. Responsibilities Own the end‑to‑end solution strategy for complex SLED and Utilities opportunities, ensuring alignment with regulatory, security, and operational requirements. Lead executive‑level discovery, solution design, and technical validation, including advanced demos and proofs of concept. Act as a senior technical advisor and escalation point, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive successful outcomes. Qualifications Experience supporting SLED and/or Utilities customers in a technical pre‑sales, solution advisory, or sales engineering capacity. Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder technical evaluations and influence senior customer decision‑makers. Strong understanding of enterprise architectures, security considerations, and compliance requirements common to public sector and regulated industries. Expertise in designing and delivering tailored demonstrations and POCs that map technical capabilities to business and mission outcomes. Nice to Have: Experience with government procurement processes or regulated sales cycles; familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Compensation & Benefits On‑target earnings (OTE) between $200,000 and $215,000, including salary and variables. Health coverage options and wellness programs.
