Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers. Maintain accurate case records using legal case management software. Requirements Strong public speaking, decision-making, and communication skills. Proficiency in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis). Over 1 year of experience in a law firm setting. Ability to work independently and manage multiple files. 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury. Demonstrated trial and courtroom experience. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active license to practice law in Colorado and in good standing.
